I configured my mame correctly according to the tutorials but the 'Index Out Of Range, Scripting Error' keeps on appearing.
Unfortunately I'm now experiencing a different issue that I'll start a new thread in the main forum for - my spinner/trackball is getting interference from something (another mouse or perhaps a joystick not being in the deadzone). I know there are a few posts about this error but it seems that i cant figure out whats wrong. I created one by going the the command line and executing "mame.exe -cc", and then set joystick 1, mouse 1, and adjusted a few other settings. The only sensible thing to do is to launch the debugger and inspect the variables to see what is what, and we cant do it for you.
